Sint Anthonis Halve Marathon

Als test heb ik de 5km gelopen die na de Halve Marathon van start ging.

Voelde wel enig gemis aan tempotraining, snelheidstraining en nog veel meer.
Gezien deze achterstand was de tijd van 19:29 min. zo slecht nog niet.
